I had hired the company to obtain service of the soil testing for $1500. After the soil sample was obtained, they have left 2 big holes in the ground and the fence was damaged. Additionally, they are charging $2700 on top to have the hole filled up and put the fence back together. They didnt specify that we would need to pay extra to have the hole filled back up. Future customers; be aware of their practices.

There was an Order to Comply issued by Peterborough Public Health where all rentals of the dwelling must cease until the sewage system has been repaired/replaced and approved for use by Peterborough Public Health. There would be no reason to refill the test holes as you have been advised to proceed with a septic system replacement, which would require further excavation. We also made you aware that the fence needed to be cut for access, and we offered to repair it at no additional cost. However, we will not provide free services to cover up a septic system that needs to be replaced. Grading and backfill costs are included in the estimate to replace your septic system.
