Bathroom renovation, updating/repairing a very old house
Stephen and his staff were excellent!
Design: He worked with us to achieve our intended vision, offering sage advice and understanding what our goals were.
Customer Service: Everyone who came to the house was polite and friendly.
The Work Itself: The work was done professionally and without shortcuts. As the process unfolded, Stephen kept us up to date in everything.
Our house is fairly old (125 years), but Stephen was able to work through the kinks of dealing with it, and didn't lose patience as many of our previous contractors (and I myself) have.
Summary: I will definitely try to get back into Stephen's books for our next project! I've recommended him to neighbours and friends, and I recommend him to you.
