Needed a replacement for an old, sagging fence. The issue is we live on a zero-lot line property and both the previous homeowner and neighbor had developed up to the property line, making replacement of the posts between our two properties extremely tricky.
Stephen came out on his day off to take measurements and provide a quote. He was honest about the challenges between the properties, the likelihood of needing to rent a hydrovac truck which is a major factor in the cost, but would also ensure the posts between the properties would be cemented properly instead of punched in at 1ft like the original fence was.
He also worked closely with my neighbour and prioritized getting the section between our properties up first to minimize disturbances to their property and helped ensure both parties remained happy throughout the process.
Stephen and Dan completed demo, posting, and construction of the fence and gates on schedule with no added cost to us. The quality of work, fit, and finish is excellent. The job site was kept clean throughout to keep our dog safe and Stephen was highly responsive to any questions I had. He also identified some issues with the anchoring of my deck that he repaired for free.
