Good paint job, but unreliable, bad communication

The initial painting was good, Len's painter showed up on time and did a good job. However, they never replaced the outlets or vents etc and left their paint pails and garbage behind. Len is not good at answering calls, returning calls or emails in a timely manner. Twice he told me he would be here to finish the job and didn't even call to let me know he wouldn't make it.
The painting job was good, but the communication was terrible. I know he was ill and then hurt and was not able to finish the job on time, but a phone call or email in a timely manner would have made all the difference.
