This is the best Company by far for moving. Period. Do not use anyone else. I’ll tell you why. Extra large house, plus shop plus 2 sheds and 456 kilometres from Shelburne to just west of Ottawa ( Chalk River). They
( Ken, Kahn and Berish ) started 5am loaded almost all of our stuff after careful planning and consideration. Ken ( main man) gave me instructions as to how he wanted to load and how much he could get in truck. He did extra. He ended up driving over a municipal scale for MTO and weight in truck was 12ton. This coupled with kilometres rate and fuel like other quotes would have been $10,000. But you never know how much your stuff weighs and everybody always thinks lower. I would have guessed no more than 6ton and after it’s all on the truck and it goes to the scale your committed so your paying regardless. This combined with their promotional offer (just missed the rush) we saved a good bit. But our cost would have been triple the $2,700 we paid. Now for the guys. What can I say other than perfection. Toiled in hot sweaty weather for thirteen hours and gave the best care with everything. All furniture in blankets all fragile boxes meticulously placed to have nothing fall on them or shift in truck and get damaged. Not one thing scratched or damaged in any way with everything put where we directed in new house. They received a substantial tip as you can tell. So use this company and talk with Daisy because she is the most important out of all I’ve mentioned. Professional, courteous, helpful and a great voice ( I wish I had of met her in person). You won’t go wrong with Golden Class Movers. I have not been paid to write this and I am an actual client who had our move well taken care of.
