We hired Immaculate Improvements after getting several quotes on our bathroom remodel. We needed more space in our bathroom so had a wall and linen closet removed, a larger window installed to bring in more light, and new larger vanity, linen cabinet, tiles, and shower doors installed. It came out great!
Right from the start (during the quoting process) Rob was extremely helpful giving his recommendations while understanding we had the final word. His quote wasn't the highest or lowest but we felt that Rob would take this project on as if he was working on his own home and we were absolutely right!
Rob was so courtesy and caring throughout the process keeping my wife and I apprised of everything we needed to know, providing updates where needed, and overall was great to communicate with.
When the project was complete, the attention to detail was very noticeable! Everything turned out absolutely perfectly, even to my OCD eyes!
