Excellent Experience from Start to Finish
I can't recommend this company enough. They stay true to their arrival window and text you before their arrival so you know to expect them. They put booties over their shoes once they enter your house.
Our LG oven of 5 years went bad. They diagnosed the problem and were thorough. Kyle + staff kept me informed at all times.
Their communication and transparency was great. We knew when our part would arrive, the cost break down. When they came back to fix the oven, something else came up with the repair. They replaced a fan it at no cost to us. That was kind of them and no doubt shows they care about their customers their reputation and our full satisfaction. Bravo.
Parts and labour are guaranteed for a year, that's a big plus. Also the technicians that came to our home seemed to be the nicest people who seemed to love their job. Kyle the owner was a true professional.
