Countertop transport, storage and install
I got a call from Sebastián, in less than 1 hour after putting the call in at homestars. He was polite and very accommodating our project as it was a bit unusual. We had purchased a pre assembled kitchen at a showroom and needed to have the granite counters unistalled, transported out of the store, stored for a few days and then installed at our house.
Sebastian and the crew were beyond super. Very professional, on time, great communicating via text a d phone, very client focused. Everything went perfect.
A week after install, I noticed a little Crack on the stone and reached out to Sebastián. He did not hesitate and in a few days was at my place to see it. He explained to me that was due to unleveled floor (normal for 100 year old house), he provided extra support for the cabinet under the check and mended the stone on spot. It has been a while since I have come across such professionalism and reliability.
I would confidently recommend Sebastián and his crew to anyone seeking excellent work, executed responsibly and with a team of professionals that are there for their clients. I will also no hesitate to hire him again in future projects for our place.
