We had a flood in the basement and realized all the water back up was from the city main drain which also went to most of the neighbourhood. We decided to call Fix Plumbing and explained the situation. Gianni came fast, explained to us what we could do to fix the problem and also gave us advice on how to prevent this from happening again. The best solution was to install a back water valve to the main drain line. Gianni and his team were very professional and did an exceptional job breaking the concrete, installing the back water valve, refilling the hole, and fix the concrete again. After that they advised us to contact our insurance to let them know we installed the back water valve and that would help with lowering the cost of ourInsurance, which is true because it will be lowered.
