Despite being given correct information, their representative went to the wrong place then expected us to pay for rheir error. They did not arrive to pick up the item until well after they were to be on the jobsite. Very unprofessional.

The customer did not have the correct information for material pick up, despite installer going to two different locations trying to pick up countertop. Business owner contacted customer asked to be reimbursed for extended time and materials when customer refused, a Urbantile o/o felt that this wasn't an exceptable start to job so job was cancelled by Urbantile o/o
