Dena Development

We hired Dena Development to renovate our master and basement bathrooms. We wanted to reuse the vanity from the master and put it in the basement, and this was no issue for Reza and his crew.
Their quote was far less than any other company, and their work was high quality. Any (minor) issues, like paint smudges were fixed quickly and there were no major concerns. Qualified trades were hired to do the aspects of the job that were outside of the crews scope (eg plumber and electrician). Rezas communication was excellent throughout the whole project. We would 100% hire Reza and his crew for our next project.

We hired Dena Development, after getting a few quotes & feeling like they were very reasonable & trustworthy. The work we were asking for was a tedious job - filling, sanding & painting all the interior trim, baseboards, doors & closets to a fresh clean white. We also had the trim around our stairways replaced so it was more modern looking (see pic), as well as a new door installed. Overall we were very pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism. Reza & his team are friendly, informative, and did everything exactly as we had hoped!

We got Reza to come in and do our guest bathroom renovation. Him and his team did a great job with small details that I wouldn't have thought of, but also made sure that the core items of the bathroom were in good shape before building it up again. I now know that everything in my bathroom is up to code. The bathroom reno went a little over schedule which wasn't the biggest deal for us.

Existing basement was split into two areas. One area is a mechanical room, with a furnace, water tank, water purification system and central vacuum.

The bigger area covered two rooms, one used for washer/dryer and the other one for a home gym.

Full work was very efficiently completed by Reza and his team. While the scope was included in the original agreement, any smaller decision was discussed and approved by me ahead of the work. Some of the recommended changes were improvement on the original approach.

It was very easy to work with Reza and his team. Looking forward to other changes on my house performed by Dena Development.

I had a major renovation project with Dena Dev. as the general contractor. Work included approximately everything in a 2-story house, from grey pipe replacement, electrical/lighting works, knock-down ceiling, painting, bathrooms, stairs, flooring, kitchen tiling, installations, and fireplace elevation.
They did a great job with patience and professionalism. The team lead, Reza, is super-super-super responsive. Never called him with no response in half an hour. And, never asked him something with no immediate action. Reza is updated about the modern designs and brainstormed with us about different pieces of the work (like colours, patterns, materials, etc.) and genuinely helped us to make the best decisions.
