Overall, TerraNova did an excellent job with our pool and it looks fantastic. Rob and his team were great.
Reason for 4* and not 5* was because we purchased an in inventory pool that the manufacturer (Narellan) damaged in transport. Because of this, we ended up being delayed 12+ months and Narellan did not honour the original price and charged us more.

Hi Jonathan, thank you for the review but I don't understand why we are being penalized for a manufacturing issue that we have no control over. Maybe you should leave a review for the manufacture expressing your concern?
