Went thru Home Depot for contractor early May 2020.
Received quick accurate quote that beat others, after short site visit. Kept updated by Kerry due to changing COVID restrictions weekly.
When able to complete job, quickly made hand built fence section by himself (40 ft) in one day after letting concrete set overnight with new posts (2 days total time).
Work site kept clean throughout and after job, minimal disruptions/noise.
Fast, accurate and receptive to customer requests.

I contracted Kerry to install the railing on the front porch of my house in Toronto a few years ago. The job was done on time at a reasonable cost and the final result looked fantastic. It was evident to me that Kerry is a craftsman that takes his work very seriously. I was especially impressed by all the detailed finishing touches he put on the railing, including colour matching caulk over potentially sharp areas where two pieces of metal railing fit together. I had 3 small children at the time so the unprompted extra effort he made with respect to safety was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Kerry for any carpentry related work, especially railings, columns, custom decks etc. A+++

I’m writing a review, because I’m so incredibly happy with the deck that Mjolnir Construction built for us.
We decided to replace our existing deck. Kerry (the owner) recommended a Vinyl decking with a gorgeous railing that matched our house perfectly.
This was followed by a written quote stating when the work will start and when to expect a completion time.
The deck was attractively built, and it is a joy and delight just to look at it. We have received continuous compliments.
We found that they took pride in their work, and it was such a pleasure dealing with them.
What I truly appreciated was the expertise and feedback.
We will most certainly use Mjolnir Construction in the future.
