I need to remove mould and pass an air quality test to secure financing for a building. I was referred to Bruna and Derek. Derek was fantastic. Did what he said he'd do, and I passed on the first test thereafter. He was very communicative and professional, and genuinely concerned for my success. I hope I don't need him often, but if I need someone, I'd be calling him.
