Love our new lights. Apex was very professional with excellent customer service, from the beginning to installation. Also very patient while showing me how to use app controls.

Great communication, customer service, installation and product! We're so happy with the whole process and the end result is fantastic. Janet, Phil, Colin and Dave were great. From the friendly prompt reply to our online request, to the install in just over a week, we couldn't be more impressed.

We were looking at an architectural pot light look but found their IG account and saw the flexibility and versatility of the LED track lights and thought we'd get an estimate. So glad we did.

Every interaction was friendly and you instantly get the enthusiasm for what they do. There was no pressure, or hard sell and after discussing the positioning of the colour-matched track lighting we were good to go. They communicated every step of the way about the process and explained how the set up for your home would be.

Colin and Dave were our installers and arrived on time and were done in a few hours. They explained the app and we were setting up custom lighting looks within minutes. There are a ton of presets as well, something for everyone. There was a small hiccup with the install but they were all prompt about correcting it and it was all taken care of by the morning of the next business day. Great customer service from a great group of people. The lights, and our home look great and we're happily recommending Apex Impressions to all of our neighbours.

From the first point of contact with Apex (through Janet), to my payments, and finally installation, I was well taken care of and very satisfied with the service.

After seeing the product on IG, I was intrigued. The pictures and stories looked wonderful but still, I was skeptical. We wanted pot lights on the house, but realized we would have so much more with the track lights.

Janet came to the home for a quote, maintaining communication and answering ALL of my questions (and there were lots).

Philip was my contact for invoices. He was quick to update my account and the system used for billing was easy to understand.

Colin and Jordan were my installers. They were at my home on time, introduced themselves, and were very polite. They worked very hard and had my lights installed quickly. The lights look great. The tracks match the soffit perfectly. I was walked through setup and provided a great tutorial. These installers are a complete reflection of this product and company - professional. They left the driveway, and area, the way they found it....and some awesome lights.

We have already told multiple neighbour's about Apex and Gemstone Lights. And they have seen multiple light shows, courtesy of our daughter, and an easy to use app. I am certain my street is going to have light show-offs quite soon.

This Lighting System is Spectacular to say the least. I have admired my parents neighbours for almost 3 years now, and finally, my husband and I decided to get them, and we are so happy with them and its only day ONE! The house looks amazing at night! A+++ for the product and what it can do!

From the minute I contacted Apex to the Installation, the Customer Service has been fantastic. Janet was a pleasure to deal with. Always ready to answer all my questions and ensured we were on the same page all the way until the installation. The installation team (Colin and Jordan) were great! They were punctual, friendly, clean and willing to answer all our question and addressed a many concerns.
