I dealt with Sam, principal owner, and it was a great experience. I’ve worked with many home contractors over the years and many fell short of their promise to deliver but Sam was exceptional. He was very responsive, delivered on the time lines he committed to and accommodating to my changing needs. The quality of his workmanship was top notch. He’s extremely professional and trustworthy. He’ll be coming back to do more work for us, that’s for sure.

First we would like to thank STS Homes Ltd for the excellent work and finally having a wonderful experience with a general contractor. Sam was recommended to us from a friend that has used Sam and his crews on previous projects. When we contacted Sam, we literally got an immediate response and Sam came over to give us a quote the following day . After getting 3 quotes, we felt the most comfortable with Sam as he is very easy to talk to and offered suggestions that only enhanced the project and made our lives a lot easier.
We Needed to extend our master ensuite to include a shower and build a walk-in closet, as the new shower was being built where the existing closet was located. The project was done perfectly without issues or delays in the time frame estimated by Sam from STS Homes Ltd. Sam is a very well organized and extremely professional. His planning and scheduling of the project exceeded above and behond. He is on top of all his sub trades ( plumbing, electrical, tiling,millworker etc) and the best part was that everyone of them showed on time and when they were supposed to. All of his guys were efficient and very professional. Believe it or not, we did not have to call Sam one time to check on when a tradesman was supposed to come over. Each day before leaving, Sam would give us a schedule of what was going to be happening the following day. We had a deadline that we needed the project finished by, and Sam met that deadline . Anytime we came up with another idea or how we wanted some to look, Sam was always available and very easy to talk to so all details can be worked out.
We are thrilled with the final results and would not hesitate for a minute to recommend Sam at STS Homes to take on any job , big or small. Honesty and great workmanship are just a couple of words to describe Sam!
