Mistakes and promises

Hampton

The company really messed up initially. Lots of back and forth and promises to fix the issue. Now finally they came and made it all right. The people that they sent today were excellent and they made things a whole lot better. It took a very long time but Im glad its now fixed to what it should have been initially.

Then missed two more appointments that had been set to fix this and perform maintenance and have the nerve to ask me to pay for the tuneup after they missed the appointment that was set. And then want to set up another appointment.

$19,000.00

Took a while but they fixed their mistake

Apparently theres been a staff change lately as well.

*the company sent a team early to reinstall and test the Generac. They were due to come next week and showed up today. Its on a good pad now and hooked up. Thankfully fixed the issues.
