I wanted to install a generac for my mother who requires power 24/7 for a medical condition. Mark Sarkosh was one of a number of company reps who came by the house to provide an estimate. Mark's attention to detail was by far the best I had heard. He answered all my questions over the following week, and presented a number of viable options.
After deciding to go with Platinum in July 2020, we embarked on a 3 month wait for Enbridge to upgrade the gas meter. Mark said this would be the case and warned us before we signed any contract. When it finally came time to upgrade the gas meter, Enbridge changed their minds and said we could go with the one currently installed after waiting 3 months (??) The reason I'm mentioning this at all has nothing to do with the service or work Platinum did, but if you're reading this, you'll want to know you should probably be prepared to follow up with Enbridge at least 5 times and take names and get what they say in writing.
Back to Platinum. On install day, the team (4), showed up on time, were professional, genuinely nice, informative and polite. The work was done quickly (7 hrs for a generator, excavation and panel work). I would recommend using Platinum Electrical Contractors without hesitation.
