Basement Renovation review in
Ottawa
New basement renovation that was to be tiled with a 3 piece shower, toilet, and vanity installed. Also to shift slightly the roughed in drains which was completed.
Sam or sadam the owner did a shoddy job and left a cracked tile and refuses to come back and replace the broken tile. Also did not come back to install a shower door that was part of the shower kit.
Poor workmanship and does not honor their commitments . No showed on promised appointments over 6 times and won't respond to calls.
