James is highly professional, knowledgeable, reliable, punctual and most important trustworthy. On several occasions I just left him the spare key and had no need to take a day off just to be home. More than that, he even managed to get me some money back from manufacturer, even though the furnace wasn't registered. I would highly recommend him without any hesitation.
