I hired Safeway Demolition to remove drywall containing asbestos from my basement, but the scope of the project ballooned once severe mould and additional significant sources of asbestos were discovered. Of all the projects I have completed around my home, this one was the most challenging, nerve-racking experience for me and Yves was a guiding and calming presence throughout the whole project. I am so grateful for his willingness and ability to communicate. Yves always took the time to answer my many questions. When issues came up, Yves was very proactive in proposing options and solutions. I really appreciated how he arranged and coordinated with the HVAC company to have my ducts and dyer cleaned. In addition to thoroughly cleaning my basement, Yves and his crew took the time to clean upstairs just to give me added peace of mind. I highly recommend this company.
