He walked us through the entire process from start to finish. You can tell he is extremely knowledgeable in the structural field. We agreed on a very fair price and timeline, which was completed before the anticipated date which was great for us. On the day of the reno, Raouf and his very friendly team showed up on time and removed two load bearing walls in just one day. All they left behind was my brand-new open concept space. They left the place spotless! Raouf was even kind enough in connecting us with his suppliers making sure we get the best rates for the rest of our main floor/ kitchen reno.
