I question the authenticity of these positive reviews when my experience with Iconic Paving was anything but professional.

Iconic paving was hired to pave my driveway in October 9th, 2020. By the next spring, several patches of pavement were crumbling. If you rub your foot on the asphalt, it would break apart. I started to call Iconic Paving sometime at the end of May 2021. I left several messages but no one called me back. Over 3 weeks later, I finally did talk with someone named Joe. He came to my property and acknowledged there was a problem with the paving. He said he didnt have the authority to do anything but would pass along the information to his boss Roy. (I think hes the owner)

I spoke to Roy on June 22, 2021 and he asked me to send him pictures via email which I did. He said they normally do repairs in the fall or earlier if he was doing another job in the area. I wanted him to come by before that just to explain why the driveway was like it was, and what would be done to correct the issue. He said he would. He never did.

Between June and October 9th, I called and emailed Roy at least 8 times. He once set up an appointment but cancelled last minute. All the other times I was just ignored.

On October 9, 2021, I yet again sent Roy another email stating that today my 1 year warranty expired. He finally did respond in a short email saying Dont worry about your warranty. Its been extended. I promise to call you next week to set a time to meet. Of course I never did hear back from him.

It is now March 2022 and unfortunately now, I have water seeping into the basement. The snow is melting and we noticed that Iconic Paving paved the driveway on a slope towards the house. The melting snow now seeps into the basement. The wall in the basement is damaged.
The quality, workmanship and customer service of Iconic Paving is horrific! Not only is the asphalt breaking apart but now I have the added headache of dealing with a wet basement because of their incompetence!

UPDATE: Roys response is untrue. Conversation of sloping and grading never happen. Complete fabrication. I did contact Roy after his response and Im still waiting 7 months later for him to fix the problem. Absolutely nothing has been done!!! Bottom line is that Iconic Paving workmanship is substandard, the warranty is useless and Roy is a dishonest business man. All talk and no action!!!

I had my driveway done and I am super happy with the quality and finishing of my driveway. Everyone who comes to the house tell me how nice it is. Iconic paving also did my curbs and entrance walkway and it looks just amazing. His owner Ray and the supervisor Domenic are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Iconic Paving.

I was dealing with Domenico, very nice guy who knows his business. Called him for a quote in September they came beginning October to remove old asphalt. Today they came to install new one and we are very happy with the work they did. All of his workers were hardworking and have knowledge at what they are doing. Honestly we are impressed with everything from the first meeting with Domenico till they finished the job cleaned everything and left. I would recommend them to everyone looking to get driveway done. The work Iconic Paving performed on my driveway went bad - see pictures. I appreciate that sometimes things can go not as planned that is why I wanted to give the company the chance to fix it. This is when things went really bad. Their representative, Roy, was not responsive after I attempted to contact him by phone and responded only to my email that he is working on a solution. The initial work was done in July 2020, I contacted the company early spring 2021 when the snow thawed and revealed the problem. Roy responded in April that he will figure something out and I did not hear back again. Then I realized that some repair work was done this November 2021 on my neighbour's property, who also has the same issue with Iconic. No one contacted me. I emailed Roy and Iconic and advised him that I will likely need to take further steps to recover my money or have them stand by their guarantee. The immediate call back from the company's representative, Roy, was unprofessional, disrespectful and aggressive. I was told that I should be grateful for the great deal I got and I do not appreciate how busy he is. I was advised not to threaten him and that was all in not in the most professional language. I was still willing to allow Iconic to fix the issue but refused to deal with the rude and disrespectful representative Roy. I asked him to pass my issue to one of the other company representatives, but no one has contacted me. Now I have approached the company through their official website, but if they do not respond, I may be forced to take legal action, which is quite regretful but may be necessary.

Was very impressed with the work done. Very pleasant to deal with and listened to what I wanted done for my driveway.

We had Roy and his team pave our driveway. They did an outstanding job. We had hired another company to do an interlock border for the driveway. They did such a poor job that we had to have Iconic redo the job. After having been ripped off by the other outfit, I was very pleased to have Roy and his team do such a professional job. They did a thorough preparation and a very good job at finishing the asphalt. I would enthusiastically recommend them for any pavement or interlock work.

Domenic was such a pleasure to deal with right from the start. His crew of 10 men worked quickly and efficiently and got our driveway done within 1.5 hours. Domenic was there the whole time to make sure the job got done right and we were satisfied with the result. These men need to get praised on their hard work. We enjoyed working with Domenic and his crew and spoiled them with beer and food at the end, they really deserved it! We can’t thank you guys enough. Our driveway looks spectacular! Thank you Domenic for squeezing this job in within a week. Much appreciated!

Iconic Paving is not just about driveways. Roy and Tom also created an integrated walkway and steps that really added curb appeal. I appreciated their suggestions, attention to detail and knowledgeable crew. You won’t be disappointed.

Did I need to wait? Yes, it’s a pandemic and we had weather issues. Was it worth the wait? Yes and then some. They weren’t going to install when there was a risk of it getting destroyed. You know you picked the right guys when they are so in demand.

Roy was straightforward and honest. His team was courteous, clean and most importantly did an amazing job from design, through execution to the very end.

Anyone who has seen it in person has noted how they love the exposed concrete look and clean lines. I’ve met all my neighbours through compliments. Anyone who has seen it pictures just says “wow”.

We did the front walkways, driveway and along the side of the house at the back. Our problem tree at the base of the driveway became an eye catching design element. I would recommend Iconic Paving over and over. They know their stuff and show pride in their work. Couldn’t be happier!
