John did an excellent job checking over my furnace and making sure that all the components were working efficiently He made some suggestions on how to get better air flow out of my unit. He was very professional and did great work.

Fireplace top began to rust, was repaired by spray painting to customer dis-satisfaction. 669 Heat agreed to replace top and customer is ecstatic with the results.

For the past 4 years I paid annual check-up in advance. My 2023 appointment in November got pushed back to Jan. 2024 and again to March 2024 for my Dru Richelieu gas fireplace , my main source of heat since electric baseboards cost more. Excuses were that one technician was sick and no one else to take over and then emergency no heat client so I was pushed back in the queue. How can a company let you down and service main source of heat at the end of winter? Well they did and I did not renew contract with them.

Right from the sales guy to the installers everything was great. We had it installed within about 2 days of buying it. They had to come back this winter for an air duct cleaning and that was great. The guy doing it answered all my questions and even joked around with us. I recommend this company to all of my friends and family
