My wife and I hired Mystic Waterproofing Inc. to install a walkout basement on our home. From the very start of the project I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism shown by Omar and his team. He met with my wife and I to go over the project and ensured us that he would handle everything from start to finish. We felt extremely happy with the project plan provided and Omar and his team did not disappoint.

Cleanup/Job Completion 10/10: Omar and his team did an absolutely fantastic job to ensure that the job site was left in a clean and professional manner each day. In addition to that, I was extremely pleased with how he left my home at the end of the job. He removed all tools, waste materials, equipment, installed new sod and cleaned up professionally.
Integrity and Trust 10/10: I find the entire staff at Mystic Waterproofing to be extremely trustworthy and highly principled. They were polite, respectful and made my wife and I feel comfortable with having them at our home.
