I thank Dan for being honest in confirming (and clearing) my doubt that it's better to buy a new washing machine than calling and paying someone for estimate and then repair, which would have cost us several hundreds.

Refrigerator Repair

My refrigerator/freezer was icing. I called and was provided with service within two hours.
The technician was very knowledgeable, explained the issues and carried out a very timely repair. He advised that there could be further issues and the steps which I needed to take should those issues arise.
I would highly recommend Pegasus for timeliness, reliability and price.

Oven repair

Dan came on time and quickly assessed a burnt control panel, gave me a cost to replace it and upon agreeing to it he went and picked it up and replaced in no time. All very efficient and professional.

Dryer issue

Appliance Repair review in Oakville

My dryer was not working properly. After talking to Dan from Pegasus Appliance I made a service appointment. Next day Dmitri showed up and took a look at the dryer. He explained to me clearly what was the issue. Then he fixed the dryer as planned. He took care of housekeeping the laundry area so no mess was left behind. Thanks Pegasus for a great job !!!
