Steven and his team did an amazing job refinishing my outdated stairs and railing . He was very respectful and his expertise showed through the various questions he asked about how and what I wanted to update. The stain he created is a perfect match to my new hardwood floors. He was accommodating to my renovation schedule and even finished early! His team made a minimal mess and cleaned up well. My review is 3 months late but I am happy to report everything is holding up amazing. Strongly recommend Floor Impression.

I couldn't have asked for a better company to complete a flooring renovation in our entire home. We had the main floors removed and new engineered hardwood installed, stairs restained and upper floor restained. Great customer service. Steven’s team are truly professional in hardwood and staircase refinish. They were on time, and delivered great results. They will also help you do some samples on the floor to achieve the colors you like. They look like brand new floors after refinish.
