I really can not comment on the quality of work because he did NOT do anything. He only took the $2,000 deposit (1/3). but never showed up to do the work. So, he ripped us off. Luckily for us, sub-contractors came knocking on our door looking for him as he owed them money so we dealt with the sub-contractors.

This review is defamatory and completely false. I'd like to challenge this publisher to provide any evidence this scenario ever happened. Unfortunately in the construction business, there is not much integrity in between contractors. Sub contractors who are given the fair opportunity to work alongside the company steal jobs and clients before we have been given the respect to even intervene. This is an undignified act agreed upon by the client who was stolen from us, and the contractor who has taken the job, and doesn't reflect on the company at all. Please make sure that when you contact Rica's Painting that you execute the job with Rica's Painting and don't pay a sub contractor who has stolen the work and funds from our company.
