I was able to speak with someone though Homestar from Oclar Services and it appears that they will be able to rectify the situation. Looking forward to working towards a resolution.

Update: Angel was here today. Very nice. He explained the transition with management and assured us that our services would be taken care of. Both Hector and Jada were also quite helpful!

Company contacted me and said he would replace the kitchen faucet and add new seal to the sink. The faucet came loose again in a month and cannot reach the company through any of the phone numbers provided

Update : Company contacted back and apologized for the mishap. Offered to come back and fix it but i had already contracted it out to other plumber. They handled the issue with professionalism

I am lucky to have known this company, OCLAR!
I contacted them to ask for quote on a fence repair and I am so impressed on how Fernanda quickly replied to my inquiries! Other than that, she was able to arrange for someone to visit the site to provide a quote right on the same day! We met Martin for the first time to check the fence repair work. He's very friendly, polite and respectful of our place.
Upon agreeing on the cost of work, Martin & Cesar started the work. They were punctual and obviously, very hardworking and detailed! Very professional team!
My husband and I are quite happy with the fence repair that on a whim, we asked if they do flooring renovations too. Glad we asked as we found out that they do home renovations apart from fences! And so we asked for a quote and then again, team Martin and Fernanda did not disappoint! They gave a very competitive quote and so, the flooring project that was supposed to be a 2021 plan have become an immediate reality! Fernanda was very helpful on material selections and provided very good recommendations. Their team of installers (Adrian & his brother) were very friendly, polite, and professional! They worked meticulously on our basement floors and committed themselves on finishing the work for just 1 day but quality was never compromised!
Now, I am LOVING how my basement looks! No more carpets... no more musty smell. My husband and I couldn't be more happier!

Following posting a request for quotes OCLAR services came out that very evening a provided a quote. They arrived on the scheduled day as promised on time and set right to work. They did a fantastic and efficient job, which was completing a demo I had started. Very pleased with their service, speed and friendliness. Thank you OCLAR Services

We are 100% satisfied with Oclar Services. Contacted them on a Friday afternoon (Friday August 28th) for fence post hole digging and setting; they had someone come to our home within 45 minutes to provide a quote. After we agreed to a price, they came later the same evening to drop off materials needed for the job. They then came the next day (Saturday August 29th) at around 8AM to start the job and finished the same afternoon. We couldn’t be happier with their services and professionalism, would always recommend them.

I am happy I found OCLAR to replace a few old fence posts for me.
The job was done perfectly, within set schedule and with no surprises. Staff was punctuali, responsive and the job was completed as promissed.

Martin and his helper did an outstanding job replacing fence posts, repairing the wooden fence and building gates. They worked fast and efficiently and cleaned-up after they were done.
