Ian and his team saved the day after a couple of contractors bailed on a fairly small job. They were professional and supplied a very detailed and fair quote promptly, and stuck to the quote. The process was completely transparent. They were efficient and responsive during the work, and I was impressed with the attention to detail. Floor laid with precision, the finishing touches were beautiful and showed craftsmanship (the intricate cuts on baseboards, skillful caulking, etc.). Would definitely recommend.
