We hired Max and his team at Sabat Construction Inc. to manage a comprehensive residential property reno in Keswick, Ontario. The work included painting, repairing front and back decks, installing pot lights in the basement, fixing all damages done by my previous tenants and many other works. Max was helpful with his suggestions. Not only was the final result impressive, but Max was on time and on budget with sensible solutions to the typical problems that crop up on a work site. Max and his crew delivered an exceptional quality project in a timely manner renovating our backyard, side entrance, redoing the interlocks, giving our decks a new look and building us a brand new garage entrance. Our backyard was in dire need of attention and redesign, we really needed a quick garage door opening before winter hits and also our side entrance was in hazardous condition. Max and his crew took over from design to delivery of this project and the final result looks amazing! They delivered the project “on time” and “on budget”. This team has a high quality workmanship and they won’t leave until their client is fully satisfied. We have had several complements from friends and neighbors on the look and attention to detail.
