I contacted Sean in the early afternoon and got a response within 30 minutes and he was at my house a few hours later to complete the work. I was very happy that he was able to come after hours to complete the work. Sean is very knowledgeable and does quality work. I will definitely use this company for future repairs and will recommend him as well.

When our garage door would not open, we found one of the springs was broken. Sean from Burlington Garage Door Services was the first to respond to our HomeStars request for service. He was in our driveway, early the following morning with the replacement springs. Both were changed and everything was back to normal in short order. He even went over preventative Maintenace with me to extend the life of our door.

This is my first time finding someone on homestars. Never had to do a garage repair before. My spring broke on my door. Sean called me within the hour and said he could make it out the next day. I wasnt able to make a daytime appointment work so he rescheduled his prior call to fit me in. He kept in touch with me during the day and called me before coming, even offering to bring me a coffee.

Solid work by a solid guy. Will be using Sean again and would recommend his services to anyone.

Sean was very responsive all the way through the project. He gave us lots of options and thoroughly explained each one to us. He even offered to repair our old door if needed before the new one was ready. The door we chose was ready by the date Sean promised us. We wanted a different colour from the standard options, and were willing to pay the extra for it. We gave Sean the Sherwin Williams colour code and the door was perfectly painted in that colour. His installation was thorough and meticulous. He then gave us tips for cleaning and caring for the new door.
