Jake is a excellent ceiling fan installer. He has installed several for me .I know I can always count on him when I have some odd job that needs to be done his work is Is excellent whether that be installing ceiling fans plumbing or installing exhaust fan in the bathroom period period

Bathroom skirt for tub fix

Jake took what was a real fumble by the person who installed it the first time, and created a nice wall for the tub! Hes quiet, tidy, and thorough.

Jake is easy to deal with. He is up front and prompt. He had fixed our gate on his first visit when we were not at home. It was such a pleasant surprise. He was able to install a garburator in less than an hour.

Plumbing, hardwood floor and fence repair

I hired Jake to do a plumbing job and brought him back to repair a fence. After this I hired him to tear out hardwood and replace.
Highly recommended... great job and very reasonable price.
