Jarret explained the merits and frequency of eavestrough cleaning. He identified and caulked small leaks in the joints and did a through cleaning of the upper and lower eavestroughs. All visible debris was removed and he was very open to followups if I had any questions.
I would strongly recommend based on my experience.
