Green Star Appliances Repair

I submitted a service request through HomeStars on Saturday afternoon, and received a prompt response from Roman. He diagnosed the problem on Monday afternoon (broken motor) and fixed the dryer on Wednesday afternoon.

I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and customer service, and will definitely contact Green Star again.

Freezer starting making load noise. Roman came and fixed the problem within the same day. Great communication and customer service. Highly recommended

Roman was responsive and was able to solve a few problems with the fridge. I called him to look into water that was accumulating under the light bulb. At the time of his visit, he also repaired a few other problems that he noticed.
I had to call him back the next day to deal with the water issue and again he was very responsive and didn't ignore my request.

Roman arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time and very quickly assessed the problem. He had come prepared with the necessary replacement part and the repair was completed in no time. Highly recommended.

Roman was nice and friendly, did the job, installed new hose at the back of the dryer, yet to test it in the weekend by doing a full cycle, but happy with the service and his attitude. Thank You Roman you will be my go to guy for any appliance repair!!!

The bottom element on our old stove stopped working. Roman was able to come in a couple of days and quickly found a wire which had broken. He repaired it and our old range has new life. He was on time, worked fast, left no debris and is very polite. No hesitation in recommending his service

I would highly recommend Roman at Green Star. He was able to fit me in to his schedule when he knew that it was my fridge that was not working and the problems that would be causing. He was able to isolate the problem quickly, locate and pick up the necessary part, and replace it in very short order. It's a real bonus to have the 'come to your house' fee waived if a repair is made!
Roman was very professional and knowledgeable. I have already passed his information on to friends and my neighbourhood email site. He's the one to call when you need an appliance fixed!!
