1) The bathtub removed and replaced with a walk-in shower.
2) Toilet replaced with a comfort height toilet
3) Ceramic tile flooring installed
4) New vanity & sink & faucet
5) 24" door replaced with a 32' good clean -up door
6) Paint entire room
