We kept in touch over several months while waiting for some of my light fixtures to come into stock and for my condo board to approve my renovation request. He delivered on the work 100%, installing four light fixtures (three replacements, one new) and six pot lights in addition to setting up an electrical outlet in my laundry room to charge my vacuum. Payment was exactly what was quoted, totally honest and hassle-free. The rate was moderate and extremely reasonable compared to several other quotes I received.

The lighting looks terrific, I have had no problems at all with anything, and my condo unit is truly transformed with the beautiful new illumination! Kuwendran is an exceptional businessperson and I would recommend him to anybody seeking a great electrician.

I purchased the security hardware at Home Depot and asked for a recommendation re installation. Three names were provided. Yali Electric responded within 12 hours and within 4 days I was talking to Kay in person at my home (Yali is owned and operated by Kay). He quickly assessed the situation and gave me an approximate cost breakdown (time and supplies) and start date. He came precisely on time and completed the job within the estimate. He was very personable, and had great communication skills. The bill was e mailed 2-3 days later and paid by E transfer. It was less than I had thought. Several days later an adjustment in the position of one if the cameras was needed. Kay came promptly and dealt with it very efficiently. He's a real find. Very highly recommended.

Kay is fantastic - what a find. I found him through a Home Depot recommendation. Really knows his stuff (key when working with electricity!), having worked in a variety of environments/jobs for a long time. That is so reassuring - you know it will get done right. He was happy to explain everything to me, as I wanted to understand what was needed. I've recommended him to all my friends, who just want someone a) young/energetic/nice, b) knowledgeable, c) super-professional, d) reasonably priced, and e) trust-worthy. As an example of the latter, when he came to fix my kitchen hood fan and he found it was still usable, he didn't try to sell me a replacement, but rather told me I could get a few more years out of it! Can't ask for more than that...

I would highly recommend Yali Electric. Kay was prompt, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He installed a bathroom exhaust fan including cutting out the drywall. He cleaned up afterwards as well. I would use them again.
