Dave built a bulkhead in our kitchen and installed pot lights to improve the lighting over our counter. He worked with us to find the best solution to increase our lighting and have it blend in well with our existing bulkheads in our open concept kitchen. We are very pleased with the results as well as Daves work ethic to get the job done in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend Brouwer Home Renovations to anyone.

Brouwer Home Renovations is an incredibly skilled, hardworking, economical, general contractor who is extremely focused on customer needs and requirements.
We couldnt be happier with the process and the results.
We had a full gut done in our upstairs bathroom/master en-suite. There was a wall torn down, expansion of bathroom, pipes moved, floor leveled, shower added (seamless), new tub, new vanity (floating) tiling, new lights, new window, A LOT of tiling, new doors, and so much more I wont mention.
I dont think you can find anyone else in this industry with the combination of value, results, and efficiency.

Dave was referred to me by two very good friends that deployed his services for interior and exterior home renovations. Like a champ Dave orchestrated the entire project from start to finish knowing full well my time was limited as a busy realtor running a company of 15 staff members. He laid out the plan, managed the delivery schedules of all products and sub-trades flawlessly. All I had to do was give him my opinion to suggested work he mapped out for me.
