Booked an appointment with Sonya within the same week, fast turn around times with special order products. At first we designed a custom kitchen and vanities for my custom house, I was in an out the store within 45 minutes max. I found Sonya very impressive and she knew exactly what I wanted. She prepared me before the meeting (bring your tiles, inspirations, floor plans etc). Moreover, the fact I could get Cambria countertops, newform fixtures, large format full porcelain italian slabs all under one roof was very convenient. I found the staff is very well organized and everyone was diligent. From the measurement guy putting plastic covers on his muddy shoes at the job site all the way to the receptionist checking the box before handing me my valves.
