I’ve been looking in Muskoka for various property projects to get done for years. It was difficult to find anyone who was interested in doing the work and equally difficult to find someone who could get to it quickly. From the moment I called Julia she was on top of things, responding to our needs, getting things in place quickly and assuring me that the jobs would get done. The contractors all arrived quickly and did an amazing job. They were kind and willing to stay until everything was done according to our satisfaction. I’ve since called Julia with more possible projects and she was friendly and willing to help. I can’t recommend Upper Lakes Property Management more.

Our cottage required caulking around new windows we had installed by others. Joe and Enrique and their team caulked all our windows, filled screw holes in the trim and painted the trim to cover. They also took the time to caulk around some vents and took great care in their work. Their professionalism, courteous nature, and genuine interest in doing a great job was refreshing. I would highly recommend Upper Lakes and will definitely use them again for other jobs in future.

I want to thank ULPM for doing a fantastic job cleaning out windows. Everything is so clear now, we didn't realize how sorry the windows had become. Derri and Dave were very curious and accommodating to our scent free environment. They did a wonderful job! Thank you!

The windows at my Muskoka property were filthy and desperately needed attention. A friend recommended Upper Lakes so I called. A very nice gentleman came out within a couple days (unheard of up here) and gave me a very reasonable quote. The next week I had sparkling clean windows. The people who came out to do the job were on time, polite, worked diligently and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed that they even wiped down all the exterior window cladding. I will definitely hire this company again and have no problem giving them an excellent recommendation.

Upper Lakes' team realigned 12 cottage-deck support posts that had shifted due to modest erosion. They also added a 2nd handrail to the deck stairs. The 2-man team spent the full day on the work. I am fully satisfied with the work done. The company was very responsive to my "tender". I am in discussion with them on another possible project.

We hired Brian and his crew based on his professional approach to our project. His attention to detail covering all bases before the project even started assured us in our decision. We got a late start only due to weather which Julia kept us informed for the entire time. Once the project started, Nelson was professional and checked with us for all decisions and best options for the best possible outcome. He strives for perfection and he achieves it. We came to the cottage to discover about a third of the lights and outlets not functioning. I went to the HomeStars website put in the address and problem and received a call within 2 hours from the contractor who would handle the call. We had a date and time confirmed by that afternoon.
The licensed crew arrived on time on the right day and fixed the problem in short order. They were able to trace the system identify the two problems in under an hour. That is a task that would have taken me all summer if I ever did identify it. Within 2 hours of arriving everything was working perfectly.
Now we can enjoy a summer free of extension cords and rechargeable flashlights.
