I had Rey and his crew work on my house in Stratford. They did a poor job with the floor tiling, after renovations were complete, there was movement between the tiles and the floor underneath. I did mention this to Rey but the issue was never fixed. Over time the tiles became loose and the flooring will probably need to be replaced. The quartz countertop wasn't even installed properly, it was slapped on top with no backplate. The paint job was very sloppy, the interior doors were installed upside down initially. The drywall that was installed in the kitchen, wasn't finished smooth and had hairline cracks forming after a week. After listing the house for sale I received numerous complaints with the workmanship of the renovations completed. The stairs and railing were finished well, also the laminate flooring was finished properly. Everything else (tiling, paint, kitchen countertop) that was completed by the crew was subpar.
