While Chris was a little hard to get a firm start date (busy people usually mean good work) we were very pleased with his work. We had a few very minor issues that Chris was able to correct to our satisfaction by scheduling a special trip. All said and done, we consider the work to be a showcase in our house.

Wanted to give a huge shoutout to Chris for supporting my hardwood and stair renovation project.

After countless contractor interviews, I found Chris. During his interview, he was able to answer all my questions very thoroughly and I decided to hire him after I received positive feedback from his previous clients in Newfoundland.

From the time I met him, I could tell how much he cared about supporting me including helping me stay in my budget. I wanted my project to be exceptional and Chris delivered.

He installed 800 sq ft of new floor and he disposed of my old floor as well. His cuts around the corners and edges were brilliant. Since I was getting new flooring done, I ended up also getting him to install brand new baseboards throughout my house to give the floor that added kick.

With respect to remodelling my stairs, this is where Chris shined. He custom cut my treads, installed iron spindles with no shoes, and even took the time to reposition a step and relevel it since the builder didn't do a good job. He also stained the treads, rails, posts, and risers.

Throughout the project, he was on time every morning.

Overall, Chris is gifted in wood working. He did my renovation single-handedly and I'm happy with results. I would highly recommend Chris.

Chris came to our house for old stairs removal and replaced them with the new ones. He stained the side rails which perfectly matched with the new hardwood floor landing and stairs. He was very punctual and always showed up on time to start work. Before he left, he made sure to vacuum the area of work as much as he could. His handywork with his tools are very efficinent and overall we were satisfied
Areas of improvement: our baseboards/ pellmets were not put in place. It was left unfinished which we had to do
ourself; we dont have proper tools, so it took us 5 days to cut them, measure them and put them in. Thats the reason for 4 stars.
