Nikom Home Comfort Inc.

I signed a contract with Nikom in 2022. They took a water softener out of my home and did not return it to the supplier, so in addition to paying them monthly, I had to buy it out from the original supplier. The new softener is defective and they do not respond to service requests. They financed it through Simply Finance, so it is arm's length and I cannot stop payments. Simply does not deal with them now due to so many complaints from consumers. I have sent many requests both phone and email. Do not deal with them.
