Terrible experience!
Ive paid CAD$240 dollars for nothing! Its more than the rug itself!
I found this company on Instagram and called there to get my rug clean because my senior dog had peed on it.
They said the cleaning would be finished between one or two weeks, after 2 weeks I had to call them because nobody called me back, and of course, nobody has answered me either. I had to message the driver and two days later he delivered it.
My rug is still dirty and smelling really bad ashtray and urine.
My whole living room is stinking and I do NOT recommend Knights of Cleaning!
