STAY FAR AWAY!I paid to have my oven repaired by obviously a rookie technician who was on the telephone the entire time he was "fixing" my oven. He not only did not fix it, but said that I would eventually need a $1350 main board. He said the repair should last up to 6 months. The have you sign off on the spot and because the oven was hot from the guy working on it, I could not test it. Sweeping my floor after, I found a piece he had not been put back. When I called the oxymoronic customer service, she was rude and condescending and made it clear there was not a guarantee that the appliance would work for even a minute after repair.
DO NOT trust the big Google Ads. That's how I got fooled. As well as when you Google a certified brand repair company (i.e., LG) that in fact it is a certified company. Call the company to get a list of certified repair company. If this company has so many bad reviews, how is it still able to be in business. Where is consumer Ontario?
