Great company.

In terms of customer service, Ted and Darrel are very patient in answering all of our questions. They took the time to inform us about various water sprinkler options that we can choose from; assisted us by creating a design plan that not only met our needs but also our budget. Both took the time to teach us how to use the sprinkler system we had chosen with the accompanying Rachio app. They also gave us additional tips on how to manage our lawn and offered continuous customer support if we were to encounter any issues with our water sprinkler system.

During the installation process, Daryl and crew were punctual and efficient, and managed to install the sprinkler system in 1 day. The other crew members (TJ, Dale, Aldo) were also very approachable, helpful, and answered a lot of our questions. They also took the time to sweep, and clean up the work area after installation.

With the water sprinkler system, I liked that everything can be programmed through the Rachio app such as, setting a schedule, and a feature that recognizes when it is going to rain, so it prevents the sprinklers from turning on so that we can save water. I also liked how we can physically adjust each water sprinkler head from the direction to the pressure of the water.

Overall, we are very pleased and happy with the service. The 5 star Google rating really truly justifies who and what this company represents: AWESOME. I highly recommend Tedot's Finest Landscaping and Sprinklers.
