I found Mike on Facebook during a stressful separation and purchase of a new property. This property needed a big facelift. Mike was able to take my vision, my budget and timeline and produced an amazing finish!! He was professional AND friendly, his crew amazing, and professional as well. The site was cleaned and organized during the work. Mikes communication was fantastic, prompt and he took the time to explain and deal with my indecisiveness of paint colour!! There are too many positives to list. He will be my go to contractor for future work. He has come to the rescue to help with a situation even after the project was over and not even related.
Mike made my transition smooth during the most stressful time in my life.

The job included : pot lights, new flooring throughout, trim, baseboards throughout, sinks and toilets, removal of popcorn ceiling, gas lines, paint throughout. Approx 4 weeks, on budget.
