Fast and Efficient Service - Had a Few Hick-Ups but was Quickly Resolved!

Was happy that the company was able to do the job quickly to my schedule. Egress Window cutting was well done and overall finishing is good.

I did run into a small issue where there was some cement and rubble left on the grass, and got into a small argument with the project manager Ron over this. However the Business Owner Chris promptly resolved this, and was very friendly and quick to turn around my customer service experience. The world definitely needs more people like this.

Left a Mess At the Project Site, asked to clean up and received threats of breaking my window!

Was originally happy with the company, they were talking nicely and were able to come down and get the work done quite quickly.

I asked several times to ensure this will be a clean job and I won't have to call anyone else to clean up after them. Paid them extra to make sure its "worry free". However they left a mess at the site, with cement, and rocks all across my lawn. Going through this would essentially breakdown my lawnmower.

Asked them to clean up as promised or deduct what it would take me to call someone to clean that up, and in "loan shark fashion"...received threats from the Project Manager Ron that "Pay up the full or we'll break your window".

What kind of way is that to handle a situation?

Was originally contacting these guys about several jobs, as a Realtor my clients were looking for similar work, and would have been happy to refer these guys...but to threaten me that they'll come break my window...am I dealing with professionals or goons?
