John and his team are excellent and very hard working. We had multiple vendors come out and identify the existing waterproofing was not sufficient but no one except John was willing to removing the existing water proofing. They were creative in their solutions and delivered what they had promised to do. They have followed up with us in early spring to ensure the system is working (no leaks, no floods and sump pumps working properly) and have finished the landscaping work. I was very impressed they reached out to me and I did not have to follow up multiple times to finish the work.
We are very happy with their work and customer service. We would highly recommend them!
