We are THRILLED with our new fence, steps, porch and threshold. Yusuf, Yasar and their team went above and beyond in every respect imaginable, including driving to Montreal overnight to pick up our composite panels directly from the distributor, after the local retailer said it would take six weeks for them (the retailer) to get the product shipped to Toronto.

We have had a lot of contractors renovating our house over the years but these guys were HEAD AND SHOULDERS above everyone else.

- They prepared a proper contract.

- Their payment schedule was very reasonable.

- They used top quality materials throughout (for example, coated stainless steel SCREWS, not rust-prone nails or, heaven forbid, staples).

- They checked in with us on even the smallest detail if there were any doubts, before proceeding.

- The communication with the entire team was second to none.

- They arrived on time in the morning, stayed till late in the night, came every single day until the job was done (not like some contractors who wander off to start another job and never return) and the worksite was completely tidied up at the end of each day.

- They were here for more days than they had anticipated, but never complained and their work was steady and thorough, never rushed.

- They were just really nice guys, and truly a pleasure to work with.

- We went way over budget to hire Monte-Leo Construction because we just KNEW they would be great. It was worth EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY.
